orders
when placing an order with foundation4.com we collect personal information for the purposes of shipping and contact. all personal and credit card information collected in our checkout procedure is collected using encryption software by authorize.net. at no time does foundation4 have access to your credit card number.
prices and availability of items are subject to change. when placing orders, charges reflected in your shopping cart, including merchandise prices, are subject to correction in the event of calculation or printing errors. If a pricing error occurs, foundation4 will contact you before proceeding with your order.
prices are subject to change without notice. foundation4 reserves the right to cancel an order at our discretion.
tax
foundation4 is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to a New York address. customers outside New York will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on foundation4.com, but are subject to applicable tax laws in their state.
shipping
standard shipping charges are based on UPS shipping costs.
orders are shipped upon placement. in the event of a shipping delay due to stock shortages foundation4 will notify you promptly. foundation4 cannot be held responsible for UPS shipping delays.
returns
if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days. notification of a return must be sent to orders@foundation4.com. foundation4 will not accept returns received without authorization. returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging.
foundation4 will issue a refund for the purchase price of an item(s) to the credit card used for the purchase only. shipping charges cannot be refunded by foundation4, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. you are encouraged to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. foundation4 is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged by the carrier.
there is no expiration date for store credit.
sale items
all sales on discounted and sale items are final.
International orders
at this time, foundation4 cannot ship items outside the 48 contiguous states.
